My coach sent me an invite. How do I join?
Tap the invite link in your email or text — it'll either open the app or take you to the App Store. After installing, sign in with the email address the invite was sent to and your team will appear automatically. Alternatively, open the app, tap "Join a team", and enter the 6-character invite code.
Why is the app asking for HealthKit access?
Off Season Coach reads your workout history from Apple Health so your coach can build personalized training plans and so the app can analyze your fitness over time. You can grant access to specific workout types only, and you can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health → Off Season Coach.
What does AI credit do, and is it refundable?
AI credit is used to generate personalized training plans. Each plan costs a small amount of credit; the exact amount is shown before you generate. Per Apple's policy for consumable In-App Purchases, AI credit is non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Apple Support directly through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → History.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, scroll to the Account section, and tap "Delete Account". You'll be guided through a confirmation flow. Account deletion is irreversible: your profile, workouts, plans, and messages will be removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. If you currently own a team, you'll need to either transfer ownership or delete the team first.
Is my workout data used to train AI models?
No. When you request an AI plan, a summary of your workouts and goals is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Under our commercial agreement with Anthropic, your data is not used to train their AI models. For details, see our

How do I report a message or AI-generated content?
Long-press the message (or tap the "..." menu on an AI-generated plan) and choose "Report". Choose a reason and add notes if you'd like. We review every report and aim to act within 24 hours.
How do I block another user?
Open the conversation with that user, tap their name at the top to open their profile, and choose "Block". Blocked users can't send you messages. You can unblock at any time from the same screen.
My invite link won't open the app.
If you installed the app after tapping the link, iOS sometimes doesn't reconnect the link to the app. Open the link again from your email or message thread, and it should open in the app. If it still opens in Safari, copy the 6-character code from the bottom of the page and enter it manually in the app under "Join a team".
I'm a coach — how do I invite an athlete?
Open your team, tap the "Invite athlete" button, and either type their email address or pick from your Contacts. They'll receive an email with an invite link. You can also generate a code to share manually, or send the invite by Message after creating it.
